All the dances taught are age and gender appropriate. They are challenging but are not so difficult as to discourage the students. They are also entertaining and very high energy. This program allows all the students to be involved, and experience has shown that they look forward to the day the program is scheduled for their class.
Starstruck Showcase is a dance program offered to your students through a contractual arrangement between the school and the Startstruck Showcase Owner. The program is provided on site at your school at a set time for a six week period (three weeks for small schools).
Students will learn a full dance routine and at the end of the program they will be able to show what they have learned in a "Showcase" performance in front of family, friends and faculty. This program not only builds students self esteem and confidence but it also offers them physical education and a great sense of achievement and satisfaction when they perform in the Showcase production.
Funding for the program comes from ticket sales for attendance at the Showcase performance. Schools find that they not only make enough money to cover the cost of the program, but often earn enough to use the event as a fundraiser for their school.
