Starstruck Showcase

Being very informative to the parents.

• How the show is working. (Two days, four shows)

• Date and times of shows

• Ticket Sales

• T-shirt purchased or costumes needed

• Tennis shoes and jeans worn with T-shirts

• Times and places the students need to be there

CD Form handed out to the students.

Show night MC to start the show.

Sound system for the show.

Lighting for the show (Room lights off when the show starts).

Place for the students to be before the show, during the show and during the break in-between shows.

Helpers to watch the students, line them up and bring them on and off the stage.

Place for the parents to wait during one of the shows.

Programs will be typed up by Carrie, but school prints programs to be handed out at the show.

Backdrop sign to present the show on the actual stage. For Example: The school makes a banner that is hung with the show theme. The school makes letters spelling out the show theme that can be hung, etc..

I will have a professional videographer come and tape the show and have them available for parents to purchase. If he is not available, I will let the school know so they can find someone to replace him if the school so chooses.
